“Your healing journey starts with Yes”
Who I Am
I'm a therapist with a heart to walk alongside women navigating the moments that change everything — hormonal challenges, trauma, infertility, postpartum, and perimenopause.
I specialize in working with older teens, women, and couples whose lived experience isn't unfolding the way they hoped — especially around family planning and motherhood.
My approach is shaped by years of clinical training, a multicultural background, and a personal faith that grounds everything I do.
When you walk into my practice, you don't have to have it figured out. You just have to be willing to begin.
What I Believe
Your past matters — and so does your present. What we carry from before shapes who we are now. And who we are now shapes everything still ahead.
You have inherent worth.Grounded in a Christian worldview, I believe every person carries value because we are made in the image of God — not earned, not conditional.
You are a whole person.Healing touches all of you — emotional, physical, intellectual, relational, spiritual, and sexual. I hold all of it with care.
Faith belongs in the room, if you want it there.Christian and Catholic faith perspectives are welcome in our work together — but only if that's meaningful to you.
My Goals for You
Meet you exactly where you are — no prerequisites for healing.
Create a safe, supportive space where your story is held with care.
Walk with you — not ahead of you — through your healing journey.

Why Fiat?A single, courageous yes.
"Fiat" comes from the moment Mary said yes , with openness, vulnerability, and courage, to something far beyond what she could have planned. That yes became the heart of this practice.
It captures why I became a therapist, and why I love coming alongside others in their own healing journeys. Healing doesn't require certainty. It only requires a willingness to begin.
