Insurance

Fiat Counseling Services and Consulting PLLC does not currently participate as a provider with

insurance plans and is a fee-for-service/private pay practice. Payment for services are due at the

time the services are provided. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit card, or check.

HSA/FSA cards are also accepted. Fiat Counseling Services and Consulting can provide you

with a billing statement or superbill that you may use to file an out-of-network claim with your

insurance company. A receipt for service can also be provided at each session.

Fees

Fiat Counseling Services and Consulting PLLC is a fee for service counseling office. We provide

appointment–only services. We accept FSA/HSA, debit and credit cards. Please contact us for

more information.

Fees range: $175-250 / clock hour
